Nancy Brinkerhoff is CEO/President along with Chief Financial Officer and Majority Share Holder of Ironwood Commercial Builders, Inc., in charge of all business development along with all day to day operations. She takes great pride in providing clients with exceptional service in all aspects of the construction process. Her business strategy and financial fortitude continues to facilitate Ironwood in all aspects of its growth.
Nancy is currently Treasurer and Immediate Past President of the Contra Costa Builders Exchange Board of Directors.
Don Brinkerhoff is COO of Ironwood Commercial Builders. Don has over 25 years experience in the union commercial construction industry. His leadership guides the ICBI team to provide our clients with superior building quality, punctuality, and perfection as the company's priorities. Don believes in giving 100% to both the team and the client in order to build exceptional projects.
Jim Sayer is the ICBI resident expert Estimator and Project Manager in our Lath & Plaster Division. Jim has worked in the construction field for over 25 years. His knowledge and insight bring invaluable team networking skills and impressive mechanical expertise to Ironwood.
Francisco Valencia is the ICBI Lath & Plaster Superintendent. Francisco supervises all field operations and performs incomparable workmanship. A plasterer by trade, Francisco has worked in the union commercial construction industry for over 15 years.
