    Creekside Elementary School

     

    This project was ground-up construction of a new elementary school located in the Danville-Black Hawk area of Northern California. ICBI performed all drywall taping in the interior and the lath, plaster, and foam shapes on the exterior.

    Foster City Teen Center

     

    Foster City Teen Center, named "The Vibe," is a completed ICBI lath and plaster project that integrates sand float finish with smooth finish along with aluminum lath trims and metal siding to achieve the desired modern architectural look

    Satellite Wagering Facility

     

    Named "The Jockey Club", this facility was formally the Bay Meadows Racetrack. ICBI applied the lath and plaster and foam shapes on the remodeled exterior of this project.

    ICBI performed the metal framing, dens glass & drywall on this 4 story parking structure in downtown Napa, CA. The parking structure provides much needed parking for the business of the downtown area.
