San Leandro Arts Education Center
ICBI is proud to be part of this architecturally fascinating project. We are currently on site performing metal framing interior and exterior. As the project proceeds we will also provide drywall and taping along with the exterior plaster.

Prewett Park Community Center
ICBI is performing the lath and plaster on this project. It has incorparated a base and mesh over brown coat to reduce cracking providing a more durable system.

SBSA Plant Control
ICBI will be performing the lath and plaster on this project. This job is unique due to the corrosion factor of the plant's chemical environment. Lath and trims will be stainless steel. A BMI 15-year system is scheduled.

City Walk
ICBI is performing the lath and plaster on this project. It is a multi-family complex in Oakland, Ca. This is ICBI's largest project to date. It is approximately 20,000 yards.
